Created to commemorate the first known record of Irish distillation, which was written in The Red Book of Ossory in 1324 here in Kilkenny. The Irishman Legacy is an elegant Irish Single Malt finished in Cháteauneuf-du-Pape barrels from the wonderful Cháteau La Nerthe in Avignon. On the nose this gorgeous single malt offers notes of cherry and liquorice, followed by a flavour profile of rich fruits such as blackberry, rounded off with a creamy long-lasting finish.
An all-time Irish classic! Made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley and then triple distilled in copper pot stills, Redbreast 12 Year Old boasts both the flavour complexity and distinctive qualities of Pot Still whiskey. Matured in a combination of Bourbon seasoned American Oak barrels and Oloroso Sherry seasoned Spanish oak butts, the distinctive Redbreast sherry style is a joy to behold in each and every bottle!
From the Blackwater Distillery, Co. Waterford, this special release is made with turf-dried malt and then aged in sherry casks. This combination gives this single malt a wonderfully gentle palate of peat smoke and biscuit malt notes balanced with a hint of sweetness from the Jerez sherry. Overall, a well-balanced drop definitely worth trying.
A great value Irish whiskey aged predominantly in ex-bourbon casks with a small amount of ex-Oloroso sherry barrels, Powers “Three Swallow” release is an easy-going whiskey with a refined smooth palate. However, it retains hints of that signature Powers spice we all know & love!

Initially matured in traditional Sherry and Bourbon casks, Green Spot Cheateau Montelena was then finished for 12 months in French Oak Zinfandel wine casks, from the prestigious Chateau Monelena in Napa Valley, California. Celebrating an Irish heritage, the collaboration between Green Spot and Chateau Montelena is not just the coming together of two stories, but it is also the fusion of two unique histories that combine to deliver an exceptional whiskey – and one of our favourite drops!
