Albarino

Albarino wine is a refreshing coastal white made from grapes from the Iberian Peninsula of Northern Spain. Noted for its stone fruit flavors, salinity and mouth-watering acidity – Albarino wine is ideal to pair with light cuts of meat and a whole range of seafood dishes. The two most common regions of Albarino production are Rias Baixas in Spain and Vinho Verde in Portugal where the grape is known as Alvarinho. Other areas with similar coastal climates such as southern France also produce some great wines from their Albarino grapes.
